Who are we? 

We are USA based print and design shop that creates and curates high quality historical designs and vintage prints that will inspire you and make you love your space. Our goal is to provide to you the best service and experience possible.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

U.S. Orders - We ship USPS Priority. Which takes more often than not 1-3 business days for delivery after drop off. Orders are processed within 3-5 days and will arrive within 10-14 days of ordering. Expect 1-2 weeks for delivery on average. Your tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. 

International Orders - International orders may take longer due to customs, expect 2-3 weeks. Clients are responsible for any custom fees. Your tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. 

What is your return policy? 

We guarantee 100 % satisfaction.

We understand. If you haven't fallen in love with your art and feel it may not be the right fit for your home, let us know if this is the case.

United States Orders

Our goal is to provide an exceptional seamless experience for our clients. If you don't love your art work let us know and you can begin your return within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund.

International Orders

Clients are responsible for import duties and taxes assessed by local governments.

Is my order insured?

Again we guarantee 100 % satisfaction. We do our best to product your print on it's journey to it's new home. We protect your print on many levels. It arrives rolled in kraft paper, inside a plastic sleeve which has been packed in a durable shipping tube sealed with tape. But yes, damage or getting lost may still occur. If this is the case, please let us know and we will have a replacement out to you as soon as possible.

Do you take custom requests? 

Yes, we do take custom requests. We will work in close communication with you to make sure you are happy with the image before processing the final product. Please note the turn around time may take anywhere from a few days until a few weeks, depending on the volume of custom map requests at the time, as well as on the feedback we receive from you. Also please note that custom orders are not returnable. You may contact us at support@archiveprintco.com to request a quote for your custom print. 

What is the material used for the prints?

Our selection of paper is of museum and gallery quality. These pieces are printed on matte heavy weight premium archival paper. 

How accurate are the colors?

Please note that we do everything we can to display our colors accurately and use the best descriptions possible. However, we can't guarantee every screen will accurately represent colors, as all monitors show slight variations of color.

How sharp are the details in the prints? 

Our products are printed from high resolution images to guarantee sharp details. The resolution of the images shown in our displays do not reflect the resolution of our end product.
