Refund Policy

We take great care in producing every print, and we stand behind the quality of our work. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to make it right.

Return Window

Returns, refunds, or replacements may be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. We kindly ask that you inspect your order within 48 hours of arrival and reach out promptly with any concerns.

Conditions for Return

Prints must be in their original, unused condition and returned in the packaging in which they were received. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your print arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs. We will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund — no restocking fee applies in these cases.

Initiating a Return

To begin the process, email justin@archiveprintco.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond with return instructions. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
