Requesting a return

Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Email justin@archiveprintco.com with your order number before sending an item back.

Refunds are subject to the applicable restocking fee and final-sale exceptions in our refund policy. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. International customers are responsible for applicable import duties and taxes.

Damaged or defective arrivals

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 48 hours with photographs if it is damaged or defective. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund, with no restocking fee for damaged or defective items.
