This archival art print reproduces Coeli Stellati Christiani Haemisphaerium Prius, Andreas Cellarius's 1660 chart of a Christianized celestial hemisphere. The complete engraved composition retains its intricate diagram, Latin lettering, ornamental figures and restrained hand-colored detail.

About the Frame
Framed pieces are built to order in solid wood with clear acrylic glazing, dry-mounted artwork, a kraft paper dust cover, and hanging wire. Each piece arrives ready to hang. No mat. Satin Black has a 7/8-inch face and adds 1.25 inches to the total width and height. Slimwood Silver and Slimwood Gold have a 1 1/8-inch face and add 1.75 inches to the total width and height.
