This archival art print reproduces Planisphaerium Braheum, Andreas Cellarius's 1660 chart of Tycho Brahe's geoheliocentric universe. The complete engraved composition retains its intricate diagram, Latin lettering, ornamental figures and restrained hand-colored detail.
The broad landscape format and finely layered linework give the chart a stately presence in a study, library or collected gallery wall. Its warm ivory ground is shared across this Cellarius series so several plates can hang together with consistent scale and borders.

About the Frame
Framed pieces are built to order in solid wood with clear acrylic glazing, dry-mounted artwork, a kraft paper dust cover, and hanging wire. Each piece arrives ready to hang. No mat. Satin Black has a 7/8-inch face and adds 1.25 inches to the total width and height. Slimwood Silver and Slimwood Gold have a 1 1/8-inch face and add 1.75 inches to the total width and height.
