“I contacted Paola and asked if she could print me a Sanibel Island map - even though there wasn't one on her page for sale. She immediately responded with "yes" and sent me a photograph before printing for me to approve. My package came well protected; and my picture is absolutely perfect! It looks beautiful in the distressed wood frame I bought. My mom is going to love it; and now I have to order one for myself!”

The Story Behind the Print
This vintage print reproduces John James Audubon's illustration of the Great American Hen & Young from Birds of America, plate 6, restored as historical wall art for studies, libraries, and natural history collections.
A turkey hen stands among her young in a low, grassy landscape. Rust-brown wing feathers, finely patterned plumage, and the chicks' striped markings give the family group its distinctive texture and warmth.
Archive Print Co. restores each illustration for clarity while preserving the character of the original. Each reproduction is printed as a giclée art print on heavyweight 325gsm archival matte paper with archival inks.
Colors may vary slightly between screens and the finished piece; the print will always be richer in person.
