The Story Behind the Print
This vintage Black & Yellow Warblers print reproduces plate 123 from John James Audubon's nineteenth-century Birds of America, bringing a richly detailed natural-history scene to a study, library or gallery wall.
Two warblers move through broad green leaves and flowering raspberry branches. One perches above the other, showing a dark patterned back and yellow breast; the lower bird spreads its striped tail beneath clusters of pink blossoms and ripening berries. The original engraved title, plate number and small figure labels remain part of the composition.
Archive Print Co. restores each illustration for clarity while preserving the character of the original. Each reproduction is printed as a giclée art print on heavyweight 325gsm archival matte paper with archival inks.

About the Frame
Framed pieces are built to order in solid wood with clear acrylic glazing, dry-mounted artwork, a kraft paper dust cover, and hanging wire. Each piece arrives ready to hang. No mat. Satin Black has a 7/8-inch face and adds 1.25 inches to the total width and height. Slimwood Silver and Slimwood Gold have a 1 1/8-inch face and add 1.75 inches to the total width and height.
