The Story Behind the Print
This vintage Yellow Red-poll Warbler print reproduces plate 145 from John James Audubon's nineteenth-century Birds of America, restored as historical wall art for studies, libraries and nature-inspired galleries.
Two yellow-breasted birds perch at different heights among long, gray-green leaves and scattered yellow flowers. The upper bird looks left while the lower bird faces right, giving the tall plate an open, balanced composition. The original specimen numbers, plate marking, script title, scientific and botanical captions, and engraved credits remain visible.
Archive Print Co. restores each illustration for clarity while preserving the character of the original. Each reproduction is printed as a giclée art print on heavyweight 325gsm archival matte paper with archival inks.

About the Frame
Framed pieces are built to order in solid wood with clear acrylic glazing, dry-mounted artwork, a kraft paper dust cover, and hanging wire. Each piece arrives ready to hang. No mat. Satin Black has a 7/8-inch face and adds 1.25 inches to the total width and height. Slimwood Silver and Slimwood Gold have a 1 1/8-inch face and add 1.75 inches to the total width and height.
