The Story Behind the Print
This vintage Magpie, Jays and Clark's Crow print reproduces plate 362 from John James Audubon's nineteenth-century Birds of America, restored as historical wall art for studies, libraries and nature-inspired gallery walls.
Five birds share a layered arrangement of branches, pale leaves and hanging seed heads. Rich blue wings, a long green tail and contrasting black-and-white plumage distinguish the varied birds, while the original labels identify the Yellow-billed Magpie, Steller's Jay, Ultramarine Jay and Clark's Crow.
Archive Print Co. restores each illustration for clarity while preserving the character of the original. Each reproduction is printed as a giclée art print on heavyweight 325gsm archival matte paper with archival inks.

About the Frame
Framed pieces are built to order in solid wood with clear acrylic glazing, dry-mounted artwork, a kraft paper dust cover, and hanging wire. Each piece arrives ready to hang. No mat. Satin Black has a 7/8-inch face and adds 1.25 inches to the total width and height. Slimwood Silver and Slimwood Gold have a 1 1/8-inch face and add 1.75 inches to the total width and height.
