The Story Behind the Print
This See America poster print reproduces Alexander Dux's 1936 design depicting Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico. Its luminous blue palette brings an unusual underground landscape to a vintage travel-poster collection.
Two small visitors stand beneath towering cave formations, their silhouettes emphasizing the immense chamber. Pale blue columns emerge from deep navy shadows, with spare See America lettering along the bottom of the design.
Archive Print Co. restores each illustration for clarity while preserving the character of the original. Each reproduction is printed as a giclée art print on heavyweight 325gsm archival matte paper with archival inks.
Colors may vary slightly between screens and the finished piece; the print will always be richer in person.
About the Frame
Framed pieces are built to order in solid wood with clear acrylic glazing, dry-mounted artwork, a kraft paper dust cover, and hanging wire. Each piece arrives ready to hang. No mat. Satin Black has a 7/8-inch face and adds 1.25 inches to the total width and height. Slimwood Silver and Slimwood Gold have a 1 1/8-inch face and add 1.75 inches to the total width and height.
The selected size refers to the artwork itself. Framed orders are custom made and ship within 7 to 10 business days, free in the U.S. See our shipping and return policies for framed piece details.

“Brilliant service. The seller reported a delay in the frame style, a second choice was immediately substituted, (visual choices were made available), and the shipment completed without any problem. He was candid, honest, and thorough. The item is stunning! It is the focal point in the living room,”
“I absolutely LOVE this map; the quality is worth the price! We own a retail seafood company and recently renovated. This map is the centerpiece that I am feeding off of the decor for the entire retail area. Shipping was right on and actually came earlier than expected within a week! Quality company for sure. Can't wait to order more maps !”
