This 1795 Yarmouth, Massachusetts map print brings an early Cape Cod town plan into a coastal home or study, pairing handwritten notes with delicate outlines on a warm paper ground.

The irregular town boundary is crossed by prominent north-south and east-west guide lines. Dennis appears along the right edge and Nantucket Sound along the coast, while ponds, routes, a scale and handwritten annotations give the drawing its intimate survey character.

Framed pieces are built to order in solid wood with clear acrylic glazing, dry-mounted artwork, a kraft paper dust cover, and hanging wire. Each piece arrives ready to hang. No mat. Satin Black has a 7/8-inch face and adds 1.25 inches to the total width and height. Slimwood Silver and Slimwood Gold have a 1 1/8-inch face and add 1.75 inches to the total width and height.
