The Story Behind the Print
This Yosemite National Park poster print reproduces a 1939 design combining a towering granite cliff with the park's visitor-program lettering. Its strong vertical composition brings the atmosphere of California's mountain landscape into a home or office.
A violet cliff rises against a clear blue sky, with dark evergreens clustered along its base. The left-hand panel lists Ranger Naturalist Service activities and Yosemite Museum information above the original park title.
Archive Print Co. restores each illustration for clarity while preserving the character of the original. Each reproduction is printed as a giclée art print on heavyweight 325gsm archival matte paper with archival inks.
Colors may vary slightly between screens and the finished piece; the print will always be richer in person.
