The Story Behind the Print
This 1903 Halifax and Plympton, Massachusetts map print sets the two Plymouth County towns in a pale hand-brushed wash on soft ivory paper, with the sub plans set beside the main map.
The sheet is lettered Towns of Halifax and Plympton, with Halifax P.O., South Halifax, North Plympton, Plympton P.O., Stump Pond, Monponsett Pond and Silver Lake marked, and sub plans for Bryantville P.O. and Oldham Pond Land Co.
Archive Print Co. restores each map for clarity while preserving the aged cartographic character of the original. Each reproduction is printed as a giclée art print on heavyweight 325gsm archival matte paper with archival inks.

About the Frame
Framed pieces are built to order in solid wood with clear acrylic glazing, dry-mounted artwork, a kraft paper dust cover, and hanging wire. Each piece arrives ready to hang. No mat. Satin Black has a 7/8-inch face and adds 1.25 inches to the total width and height. Slimwood Silver and Slimwood Gold have a 1 1/8-inch face and add 1.75 inches to the total width and height.
