A restored historical chart of Port Royal Sound and its inland waterways, including Hilton Head Island and the waters around Beaufort. Warm land tones, pale water, intricate shorelines, depth soundings and compass roses retain the character of the original coastal chart.
This is a newly made physical art print for coastal homes, offices and collections of historic maps. It is decorative historical artwork, not for navigation.
Print details
Choose 8 x 10, 16 x 20 or 24 x 30 inches. Sizes refer to the complete paper, including the border. The full original outer neatline and genuine marginal chart information are preserved. Each size has a one-inch side border; balanced top and bottom borders are approximately 1.24 inches on 8 x 10, 1.23 inches on 16 x 20 and 1.21 inches on 24 x 30. Each size has its own production file, with no chart cropping or stretching.
Printed on heavyweight museum grade matte paper. Choose Print Only or Satin Black, Slimwood Silver or Slimwood Gold framing, with no mat. Frames add to the outside dimensions. Display furniture and props are not included. Colors may vary slightly between screens and the finished print.

Framed pieces are built to order in solid wood with clear acrylic glazing, no mat, dry-mounted artwork, a kraft paper dust cover, and hanging wire. Each piece arrives fully assembled and ready to hang.
Satin Black: 7/8-inch face. Adds 1.25 inches to the selected artwork size in both overall width and height.
Slimwood Silver: 1 1/8-inch face. Adds 1.75 inches to the selected artwork size in both overall width and height.
Slimwood Gold: 1 1/8-inch face. Adds 1.75 inches to the selected artwork size in both overall width and height.
The selected size refers to the artwork itself. Framed orders typically ship within 7 to 10 business days.
FRAMED PIECE RETURN TERMS
Eligible framed pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and returned in their original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
If a framed piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We will replace it at no cost.

Framed pieces are built to order in solid wood with a 1.125 inch face, glazed in crystal-clear acrylic, and finished with a kraft paper dust cover and hanging wire. Your print is dry mounted so it stays perfectly flat for decades. Each framed piece arrives ready to hang.
