The Story Behind the Print

This vintage department-store dining menu print reproduces the October 13, 1948 menu from the Young-Quinlan Dining Room, restored as historical wall art for kitchens, dining rooms, cafes, and restaurant-themed gallery walls.

Lunch dishes, desserts, sandwiches, and beverages fill a delicate two-page arrangement. Fine dark type, small script headings, a boxed luncheon offer, and the printed date preserve a particular moment in historic retail dining.

Printed on 325gsm museum-grade archival matte paper using fade-resistant giclée printing with archival inks, preserving the detail and character of the original for generations.

Colors may vary slightly between screens and the finished piece — the print will always be richer.

About the Frame

Framed pieces are built to order in solid wood with clear acrylic glazing, dry-mounted artwork, a kraft paper dust cover, and hanging wire. Each piece arrives ready to hang. No mat. Satin Black has a 7/8-inch face and adds 1.25 inches to the total width and height. Slimwood Silver and Slimwood Gold have a 1 1/8-inch face and add 1.75 inches to the total width and height.
