The Story Behind the Print
This 1870 Auburn and Millbury, Massachusetts map print places the two town outlines in a pale hand-brushed sage wash on soft ivory paper, with three village plans for a library or study.
Auburn Centre, Stoneville, Millbury, West Millbury, Stoneville Reservoir, Singletary Pond and Ramshorn Pond are named, with Grass Hill and Dority Hill. Worcester, Leicester, Oxford, Sutton and Grafton are lettered around the town lines, and the village plans show Stoneville, Auburn Centre and West Millbury.
Archive Print Co. restores each map for clarity while preserving the aged cartographic character of the original. Each reproduction is printed as a giclée art print on heavyweight 325gsm archival matte paper with archival inks.

About the Frame
Framed pieces are built to order in solid wood with clear acrylic glazing, dry-mounted artwork, a kraft paper dust cover, and hanging wire. Each piece arrives ready to hang. No mat. Satin Black has a 7/8-inch face and adds 1.25 inches to the total width and height. Slimwood Silver and Slimwood Gold have a 1 1/8-inch face and add 1.75 inches to the total width and height.
