The Story Behind the Print
This 1871 Burkville and Conway, Massachusetts map print sets the village plan in a pale hand-brushed sage wash on soft ivory paper, with the Conway Business Notices set beside the map.
The sheet is lettered Burkville & Conway, Town of Conway, with South River winding through the village and Pumpkin Hollow, Prospect Hill and Pleasant View named around the plan. The Academy and two schools stand among the lots.
Archive Print Co. restores each map for clarity while preserving the aged cartographic character of the original. Each reproduction is printed as a giclée art print on heavyweight 325gsm archival matte paper with archival inks.

About the Frame
Framed pieces are built to order in solid wood with clear acrylic glazing, dry-mounted artwork, a kraft paper dust cover, and hanging wire. Each piece arrives ready to hang. No mat. Satin Black has a 7/8-inch face and adds 1.25 inches to the total width and height. Slimwood Silver and Slimwood Gold have a 1 1/8-inch face and add 1.75 inches to the total width and height.
