The Story Behind the Print
This 1873 Granby, Massachusetts map print presents a pink landscape of brooks, hills and named properties. Its tall composition and delicate corner ornaments suit a study or New England history display.
From F. W. Beers's 1873 Hampshire County atlas, the pink town map labels Mount Holyoke, Bachelor Brook, Aldrich Pond and Granby village among roads and named properties. Relief hachures describe the hills, while business notices run down the upper left beside the decorative border.
Archive Print Co. restores each map for clarity while preserving the aged cartographic character of the original. Each reproduction is printed as a giclée art print on heavyweight 325gsm archival matte paper with archival inks.

About the Frame
