From F. W. Beers's 1873 Hampshire County atlas, green Greenwich and pink Enfield share a tall composition of roads, streams, ponds and named properties. Greenwich Village, Enfield Upper Village and local business directories appear within the same plate, with railway routes crossing both town areas.
