This 1871 Heath, Massachusetts map print places the hill town in a pale hand-brushed sage wash on soft ivory paper, with engraved hills, winding brooks and lettered properties for a study or library.

The main map identifies Heath Centre P.O. and Prospect View, with Avery Brook, Mill Brook and Wilder's River among roads, schools and named properties. Separate Rowe Centre and Heath Centre village plans and the business notices remain neutral.
