The Story Behind the Print
This vintage Yellow-throated Warbler print reproduces plate 85 from John James Audubon's nineteenth-century Birds of America, restored as historical wall art for studies, libraries and botanical gallery walls.
A yellow-throated warbler perches across a long leafy branch beneath clustered chinkapin nuts. Its blue-gray back and black-and-white face contrast with the vivid yellow throat, while opened prickly husks and carefully drawn leaf veins give the slender composition its botanical detail.
Archive Print Co. restores each illustration for clarity while preserving the character of the original. Each reproduction is printed as a giclée art print on heavyweight 325gsm archival matte paper with archival inks.

About the Frame
Framed pieces are built to order in solid wood with clear acrylic glazing, dry-mounted artwork, a kraft paper dust cover, and hanging wire. Each piece arrives ready to hang. No mat. Satin Black has a 7/8-inch face and adds 1.25 inches to the total width and height. Slimwood Silver and Slimwood Gold have a 1 1/8-inch face and add 1.75 inches to the total width and height.
