This vintage 19th century hotel menu print re-creates the Sunday, May 14, 1882 menu from Nicollet House, restored as historical wall art for kitchens, dining rooms, cafes, and restaurant-themed gallery walls.

Soup, fish, boiled dishes, roasts, and entrees are arranged beneath short centered rules. An ornate Menu heading contrasts with clear serif lettering; the historic text has been newly typeset for this recreation of 19th century hotel dining ephemera.

Archive Print Co. restores the source image for clarity while preserving the aged character of the original menu. Each reproduction is printed as a giclee art print on heavyweight 325gsm archival matte paper with archival inks.

About the Frame

Framed pieces are built to order in solid wood with clear acrylic glazing, dry-mounted artwork, a kraft paper dust cover, and hanging wire. Each piece arrives ready to hang. No mat. Satin Black has a 7/8-inch face and adds 1.25 inches to the total width and height. Slimwood Silver and Slimwood Gold have a 1 1/8-inch face and add 1.75 inches to the total width and height.
