The Story Behind the Print

This vintage hotel coffee shop menu print reproduces the April 14, 1944 menu from the Hotel Nicollet Coffee Shop, restored as historical wall art for kitchens, dining rooms, cafes, and restaurant-themed gallery walls.

Red pennants and blue decorative lines accompany luncheon and a la carte selections. The dated heading, printed prices, and softened restaurant lettering preserve the character of this particular hotel coffee shop menu.

Printed on 325gsm museum-grade archival matte paper using fade-resistant giclée printing with archival inks, preserving the detail and character of the original for generations.

About the Frame

Framed pieces are built to order in solid wood with clear acrylic glazing, dry-mounted artwork, a kraft paper dust cover, and hanging wire. Each piece arrives ready to hang. No mat. Satin Black has a 7/8-inch face and adds 1.25 inches to the total width and height. Slimwood Silver and Slimwood Gold have a 1 1/8-inch face and add 1.75 inches to the total width and height.
