The Story Behind the Print

This vintage hotel coffee shop menu print reproduces the November 16, 1938 menu from the Hotel Nicollet Coffee Shop, restored as historical wall art for kitchens, dining rooms, cafes, and restaurant-themed gallery walls.

Dark columns of club dinners, seafood, and a la carte selections surround a small cocktail feature. Period prices and the printed date record a detailed slice of hotel dining in the late 1930s.

Printed on 325gsm museum-grade archival matte paper using fade-resistant giclée printing with archival inks, preserving the detail and character of the original for generations.

About the Frame

Framed pieces are built to order in solid wood with clear acrylic glazing, dry-mounted artwork, a kraft paper dust cover, and hanging wire. Each piece arrives ready to hang. No mat. Satin Black has a 7/8-inch face and adds 1.25 inches to the total width and height. Slimwood Silver and Slimwood Gold have a 1 1/8-inch face and add 1.75 inches to the total width and height.
