This Spyroidea - Näpfchenstrahlinge scientific chart print is a museum quality reproduction of Ernst Haeckel's 1904 naturalistic study from Kunstformen der Natur. The chart displays a comprehensive arrangement of radiolarian specimens rendered in precise black line work on a warm cream ground. A central vertical axis anchors a large bilateral specimen with deeply lobed, geometric chambers and radiating root-like projections. Surrounding this focal form are fourteen additional variations, each showing distinct skeletal architectures: some with spherical perforated bodies and delicate spines, others with bell-shaped or bulbous forms topped by slender bristling appendages. Two enlarged lower specimens appear within a decorative circular frame, their porous walls and protruding filaments rendered with exquisite botanical clarity.
