We restore and reproduce forgotten masterworks of graphic design on museum-grade paper — so they can live on your walls instead of in an archive.

The Story Behind the Print

Mary P. Jacob’s U.S. Patent 1,115,674, granted November 3, 1914, documents Mary P. Jacob’s lightweight brassiere, using crossed handkerchief-like sections and ribbons to support the body without rigid corsetry.

A large sculptural garment view and its slender ties give the sheet an elegant fashion-drafting presence. This restored edition preserves the original Patent Office arrangement in crisp black linework on cool, timeworn rag paper within the collection’s restrained black double rule.

Printed to order on 325gsm museum-grade archival matte paper with fade-resistant archival pigment inks. A natural piece for offices, libraries, workshops, and collections of invention and industrial design.

Colors may vary slightly between screens and the finished piece—the print will always be richer.

About the Frame

Framed pieces are built to order in solid wood with clear acrylic glazing, dry-mounted artwork, a kraft paper dust cover, and hanging wire. Each piece arrives ready to hang. No mat. Satin Black has a 7/8-inch face and adds 1.25 inches to the total width and height. Slimwood Silver and Slimwood Gold have a 1 1/8-inch face and add 1.75 inches to the total width and height.

The selected size refers to the artwork itself. Framed orders are custom made and ship within 7 to 10 business days, free in the U.S. See our shipping and return policies for framed piece details.

Great quality ! Looks awesome in my bar! Lots of compliments from restaurant guests! I highly suggest this print shop!
Just perfect! I adore it for my kitchen.
Wow! This is the second print I've purchased from Paola and couldn't be happier with the quality! It's printed on nice thick paper and the colors are really vibrant. I bought it as a gift and the recipient loves it. The packaging was nice as well - it came rolled up so it was protected during shipping but unrolled easily for the frame. Thank you!!
