“I love this map! It came in perfect condition and it is beautiful! We had to get a custom frame which can get pricey, especially for the size we chose 48 × 36 but it looks great and filled our large wall perfectly! Great find!”

The Story Behind the Print
This exquisite German constellation chart captures the romance of 19th-century astronomy, when stargazing transformed from mystical pursuit to scientific endeavor. Created during Germany's golden age of astronomical illustration, this detailed map of the northern celestial sphere showcases the era's meticulous approach to charting the heavens. The intricate linework and careful typography reflect the precision demanded by serious astronomers of the period.
German observatories and cartographic houses led Europe in producing these scientific yet beautiful star charts, combining rigorous observation with artistic sensibility. Each constellation is rendered with delicate precision, creating a piece that served both practical navigation and educational purposes. The muted color palette and classical design make this a timeless example of scientific illustration at its finest.
Printed on 325gsm museum-grade archival matte paper using professional giclée printing with archival inks, ensuring decades of fade-resistant beauty.
Colors may vary slightly between screens and the finished piece — the print will always be richer.

“This is truly a high quality, authentic print of Texas, we LOVE it! We went with the big 48 x 36 print and it looks amazing. Justin was great to work with and very quick to answer my questions. Shipping was fast too. All around, we are more than happy with our purchase!”
“Love it!! I don’t know how they did it, but they manage to make the map look old and like something from a museum. The frame is gorgeous. Shipped fast and was very carefully packaged so it arrived in perfect condition. Bought this for my husband for Christmas and he loves it! Thanks!!”
